• Managing the new (after outsourcing) local OtC Department with 5 employees reporting to Reporting and Accounting Manager. • Managing credit control processes, sales and customer related financial procedures in relationship with the SSC operating in Krakkow. • Support mainly OtC related ‘Continuous Process Improvement’ projects. • Controlling: balance sheet and working capital planning, monitoring and reporting, preparation for financial decision making.

Acting as the local OtC project manager in the outsourcing of financial transactional processes. • Mapping the local OtC processes, took part in the identification of sub-processes to outsource, prepared and controlled of outsourcing process, supported external consultants, internal and external stakeholders. • Participating in the recruitment of the new local team and in the training of local and HGSS team.

Manage 2 departments with 12 direct sub-ordinates, direct reporter of the local Finance Director. Credit Control: customer credit risk assessment, credit limit setting-monitoring, sales contract review-approval, account receivables management, dunning. Treasury: bank relationships, bank tenders, cash-flow forecasting, short- and long-term financing, FX rate risk hedging. Controlling and reporting: BS and WC planning, monitoring, reporting, support CFO in financial decision making.

Internal audit reviews at the Hungarian and foreign HEINEKEN companies within CEE as a member of an international team. Implementation and evaluation of internal control environment in Hungary.

Participate and lead financial and process external audits according to local and foreign accounting and auditing standards (IAS-IFRS, US GAAP, ISA), mainly in manufacturing and service&retail industry (CIPS and TICE).
