Conduct existing process and competitors’ analysis and implement plans for restructuring and enhanced business positioning. Provide cross-functional management and financial process control; direct finance & accounting and sales development departments with oversight of 20 employees. Provide reports, presentations and ad-hoc analysis including annual operating plan budgets, monthly cash forecasts, cash flow analysis, inventory analysis and profitability forecasts.
