Callsign delivers identity and authentication solutions. In this role, I was responsible for the quality of the company's product suite, comprising mobile and web applications, and web services. I have defined and driven the implementation of the test strategy. I have hired, led and mentored developers in test, test automation engineers, and manual testers. I have taken an active part in improving the agile SDLC in use at the company.

Joined as the first QA engineer in the company. Designed and implemented a mobile app test automation framework with Cucumber, Ruby, Calabash and Bamboo to support Android and iOS applications. Designed and led the implementation of an automation framework to replace the one above using Cucumber, Java, Appium and Bamboo.

Hailo was a British technology platform that matched taxi drivers and passengers through its mobile phone application. In my role at Hailo, I designed and led the implementation of a mobile app test automation framework with Cucumber, Ruby, Calabash and Jenkins to support Android and iOS applications.

At NNG Ltd., I worked on a built-in satellite navigation system for a German car manufacturer. I implemented test cases in a bespoke scripting language and extended an in-house test framework written in Python.
