Analysis of production capacity in the medium &long term production for a turnover in 2010 of aprox. $ 165 million and 450 people

Key contact for customer quality concern, process improvement, in site support, mfg. performance report Key contact with German customers OEM (BMW, VW) in the area of Quality. I had frequent visit to on-site assistance in the factories of BMW and VW for the analysis of potential failures, proposals for process change and coordinate validation and checks. Coordination of functional analysis of returned products: coordination of corrective actions with production equipment and materials.

Develop mfg. projects from concept design to mass production for new product: JLR remote crl, Scania remote ctrl. , Scania security ctrl., Ford Headlamp levelling ctrl, Mazda/Ford/Scania immobilizers, Nissan/VW instr. panel, Toll control of tolls for German highway. Projects include designi of the mfg. process, validation process, financial project monitoring, process documentation based on the design information mgmt (BOM, specs, dwgs & design files) and equipment (user manual maintenance) and QHSE stds.

Liaison between the areas of design and manufacturing to develop new products. Between 1996 and 1999 began immobilizer’s projects for various vehicle manufacturers, alarm systems and remote controls, energy management of vehicles, keyless ignition. Responsibilities included the development and manufacturing documentation control projects in central interpretation of design requirements and product quality, initial cost budgeting and investment and manufacturing review of alternatives.
