Lead by example and encourage innovative approach. Improving Quality throughout the implementation of industrial best practices, tools, standards and methods (e.g. CMMi, TMMi, ISO, TPI etc.), including Agile approach in projects alongside with quality deliveries. Introduced CI, showing rapid growth in Automation and TCO reduction.
