• Responsible for the maintenance of the front loaders, mini-charges, swiping machines, buildings, utilities, housekeeping, general warehouse and the laboratory • Responsible for the Purchasing and Systems (Information Technology – IT) Departments • Responsible for the operators of the heavy duty machinery and swiping machines • Finishing the construction of the confined lead warehouse. • Renewal of the Front Loaders whole fleet.

Main Activities: • Responsible for the electrical energy, water, landscape, housekeeping, building maintenance and new projects for the 12 plants that there are in the park. Achievements • Epoxy flooring in the services area and rehabilitation of the damaged concrete by salt solutions in the building used by NxStage. • Roofing waterproof of the building used by Pacific Insight.

• Responsible for picking area equipment, steam, electrical energy, water, compressed air, fire system, housekeeping, landscape and lift-trucks. • Projects development and execution. • Responsible for the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, warehouse and picking area.

Main Activities: • Responsible for the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings including white-rooms and the Master Distribution Center and also Utilities and Landscape. • Implantation of the Safety Preventive Maintenance. • Projects development and execution. Achievements: • Moving the 2 warehouses to the new Master Distribution Center developing the whole project for new racks and the construction of cages to segregate products.
