German Luisi

My focus is to drive the scrum culture, educate stakeholders, assist the team and support different business areas such as legal, marketing, and risk. When it comes to education, my role is to showcase what a real MVP or MMF is, explain why the PO should be a kind of mini CEO and what’s the importance of having an empowered team.

In 2016 I was part of the Agile transformation for Santander Bank as a Scrum Master. Our Team lead the effort and delivered the first digital product using scrum, facing obviously the common resistance of the organization.

In this role, the challenge was to bring together a team made of different vendors. I worked with the PO and Stakeholders to elaborate the roadmap and story map related to the products and functionalities, mitigating risks and setting up costs, quality, outset, and managing expectations.

I took over the responsibility to track iterations progress, make sure iterations commitment was fulfilled, reported issues or pointed out bottlenecks in the delivery process ensuring milestones were met.
