Responsible for the sales and tendering team of our factory in Bad Honnef, on the river Rhine. Handling a total yearly sales budget van 300MUSD+.

Develop and reform the recently started, 3rd BU: BU Transformers within the domain of maintenance. Organizing both locations in Flanders and Wallonia.

Team and budget responsible for the Benelux market. Setting the targets and the implementation to reach the 30 mio. euro budget. Servicing customers from utilities (Elia, TenneT, Infrabel, etc.), industry and renewables within the T&D sector (transformers and HV turn key solutions). Steering a team of 2 sales managers and 2 desk sales engineers. Linking the internal divisions of project management, engineering and tendering with our home market and direct reporting to our senior management.

Responsible for the sales through the distributor network in Belgium, Spain, Scandinavia and Baltics from chemical automotive products (f.i. fuel and oil additives) and cleaning machinery. Setting and achieving budgets by means of action plans, mile stones, KPI's atc. Realising a double order intake over 1 year time from 12 mio. euros to 24 mio. euros.

Post Graduate, Required for fulfilling domestic energy audits in Flanders, Belgium.

Engineering Degree of the Old University of Leuven (KUL). University ranked 43rd (THE) , 60th (QS), 7th (Reuters Innovative Universities). Thesis: Developing a Quality Management System according to ISO9001 for Control of Incoming Goods. Implementation for the Measuring Equipment.
