As a HRIS Specialist, I provided efficient and accurate processing of all Personal Action Forms (PAFs). I assisted in the interviewing and selection process of HRIS Interns, as well as coached HRIS Interns and Customer Service Reps on best practices. I trained and mentored new HR personnel, and created and updated training documents and processes.

As a HRIS Customer Service Rep, I provided efficient and accurate processing of all PAFs. I coached GWS HR Mgrs/Reps with JCI HR policies and procedures, as well as researched and responded to payroll and benefit inquiries.
