Responsible for Transfer Pricing documentation for the European entities of the group and reporting Tax package. Project management in connection with tax aspects of new developments, audits, issues. Managing external tax consultants, local Tax Authorities, MAP on TP litigations, Tax audits. Preparation of reports for audit purposes. Coordinating cross-functional departments: legal, treasury, finance.

Main responsibilities: Tax Optimisation, Managing Tax Audits and Litigations. Managing quarterly Transfer Pricing Policy and reporting tax package. Annual Thin Capitalisation test for each Subsidiary. Managing local tax team and advisors. Coordinating openings of new Subsidiaries and Stores.

In 2007 I began this job for Terex (4 billions $ net sales) where I reported directly to the Tax Director. My main duty was to create a tax department for the Italian office. I managed three Italian subsidiaries and five foreign ones (Germany, Luxembourg, France, Spain and China). Thanks to this new position, I increased my knowledge of supervising and optimization of TAX compliances, managing relationship with tax authorities, customs and external tax firms, providing assistance to foreign subsidiaries on

Indirect taxation (Intrastat, VAT, customs, accise, Conai, Cobat) in particular construction of Intrastat network, VAT optimisation and digital storage of invoices. Active member of European VAT group in PSA Paris, concerning VAT problematic.
