After establishing the legal entity, I built the local team, drove business development with key digital clients, and led strategic initiatives supporting both regional and global growth. Led global account management for a top-tier telecom group across 17 countries in Europe and Latin America. Directed a team of 18 professionals in sales and technical roles, developing strategies for both traditional products and emerging IoT solutions. Negotiated and closed complex global deals, securing over €24M in annual revenues while strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Directed sales for telecom, enterprise, and OEM markets, focusing on mobile network operators and emerging MVNOs. Expanded client portfolio, negotiated high-value contracts, and boosted turnover from €2.5M to €5.7M. Increased market share from 8% to 24%, consolidating the company’s leadership in the Italian market and building long-term customer relationships.
