Development of driver for the Ethernet card PMC610 with PCI interface and integration in BSP. Albis was born as MBO from Siemens Switzerland. Development of management and traffic concentration board with CES functionalities continued and finished. MEF18 certification reached. New control bus (Fastbus) communication implementation with first line card supporting it (Acceed). Protocol is HDLC on asymmetric TDM using full-bandwith 2 Mbit/sec down speed from MCU to slave boards and time division multiplexing in opposite direction.

Maintenance of management and traffic concentration board developed at TXT. Firmware development of new version of the board with additional piggy-back module capable of CESoIP and CESoETH using Zarlink traffic processor. (In September 2008 with a MBO the department become a new company, Albis Technologies.)

DWDM system’s “ancillary” boards development and supervision bus enhancements

Firmware/Hardware Design Manager for thermal printers design and development. Hardware development with external supplier, thermal print head selection (4 & 6 inches print width, 200 & 300 dpi resolution), print speed and quality optimization, two standard graphic languages emulation, bitmap and scalable fonts, mono and two dimensional barcodes.

Transports and traffic control systems development (consultant for Alcatel). Public transport vehicles board control system with central unit, people counter, announce peripherals, validators, GPS, radio.
