Dr. Gianluca Suardi

We are a group of Psychologists of work and organizations with more than ten years of experience in human resources, both multinational companies, and small businesses. We specialize in search and selection, recruiting, Executive Search and Head Hunting. GS Xecutive Search was born from our passion for human resources, the desire to create an intermediate point between demand and supply centered on the person.

At the end of my university studies I worked as a freelance psychologist. I managed a treatment program using diverse therapy methods for recovering addicts. During the same period, I also conducted therapy workshops and evaluations for children in foster care

After being awarded first place in the “Nessuno Nasce Grande” contest, hosted by a local artisan association in conjunction with workplace psychology students from the University of Padova, I started a small recruitment society for university students, one of the first of its kind. The recruitment society provided a connection between local businesses looking to hire and students looking for work.
