Inside planning department, I'm in charge of production line planning of Lamborghini Aventador model. My main responsibilities are: Production line scheduling, planning materials from suppliers and from other group plants which are critical for production line feeding (MRP), management of working capital, Coordination with Sales /Marketing /Production in order to fulfill target production plan and analysis based on suppliers capacity and evaluation of internal capacity to define key parameters.

Inside car BU, in the global supply chain department, I’m in charge of production planning for German plant . My main responsibility is the creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly production plan with daily scheduling, in order to find the best compromise between the need to guarantee the highest service level to worldwide markets and OEM and the need to maximize plant efficiency.

Inside car BU, in the global supply chain department, I was in charge of distribution planning from German factory warehouses towards all Europe and my main activities were the supply management of original equipment tyres for the most prestigious OEM and replenishment planning towards all European regional distribution warehouses.
