Assist executives of the department with planning and hosting of social events by reserving venues, prepare materials, and set up the events. Worked also on other projects: complete a quantitative data analysis report using Qualtrics software and create recommendations to assist International Students Office in improving their services based on a mixed-method survey results, and develop a manual to assist faculty, staff, and students how to organize events that is inclusive to people with disabilities.

Developed a guide to help governments and researchers design an effective descriptive study to identify barriers to early cancer diagnosis (BED) in European low-middle income countries. I also finalized the core BED questionnaire, guideline for field interviewers' training, and developed an informed consent, research paper, and presentation model.

Worked with UCF's Environmental Health and Safety department by assisting safety coordinators and specialists with promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental protection in the academic setting. Some achievements and duties: Instructing interactive lab safety classes to new laboratory employees and volunteers, contributed with increase of automated external defibrillator (AED) placements in all buildings by aiding the Assistant Director and consulting agency with the AED assessment project.

Contributed in improving and maintaining the office workflow by conducting brief medical qualitative interviews, taking patients' vital signs (blood pressure and weight), and assisted with in-office surgical procedures. Other duties performed: kept inventory of medical supplies and vaccines, aided patients with any medical questions, and managed referral system of high-risk maternal patients
