Technical interface and coordination of all lighting projects between customer and R&D Center; Being the key channel of communication and technical relationship for the customer, acting as escalation in case of customer issues; Overseeing all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made related to product development timelines, delivery and quality. Providing technical support for the sales team in offer phases and during product modifications negotiations;

Editing all the technical documentation related to customer offers; Participating all the customer meetings proposing technical solutions and input strictly connected to the commercial aspects, in which I am always very involved; Closely following all the development phases from prototyping to product validation in accordance with the customer specs (i.e. functional testing, validation testing at the customers’ site, checking the project development status at the suppliers’ site etc.);
