Working as a Technical Support Analyst for a leading global information services company that provides data and analytical tools, assisting clients with credit risk management, fraud prevention, and automate decision making is both a challenging and rewarding career. I successfully implemented Homeloans scorecard change for Standard Bank providing significant improvement to risk determination.

I provide technical support to clients and resolve incidents within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes, minimising impact to the end user whilst providing excellent customer service. I also manage and support business applications and clients on the correct functioning of the system as well as supporting and enhancing system environments and processes.

Responsible for creating and running automated functional tests and generating test reports using Selenium framework (IDE/RC/WebDriver), Apache Tomcat, Apache Ant/Maven, and Hudson Continuous Integration (CI).

My master's project was based on the integration of Ontologies with Relational Databases. In particular, my work focused on developing tools that guide users in selecting technologies for Ontology and Relational Database Integration using Semantic Web technologies.

At Midlands State University, I provided computer systems support to a wide range of users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software as well as peripheral devices. I managed to achieve a 95% system functionality and availability.
