My objective is to maximize the sustainable quantity of work that the Agile squad can produce on the mid term. I am servant leader of this Agile squad. Our tools are Jira, Confluence, Miro and retrotool.io. In parallel, a Product Owner works too as a servant of this Agile squad and must "invest" this maximized quantity of work on the topics generating the most value for our users and stakeholders.
I am in charge of 2nd level support for all non-DE/AT markets or all non german-speaking cases whatever the market. I also help the deployment to French market and the continuous improvement of support organization.
