The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for purchasing& procurement activities, stock level of the company, stock analysis, forecasting activities to ensure the right stock level and reduce at maximum the lead times of products reaching to the customer. Orders processing and submission to external and local suppliers. Coordinates instruments deliveries from supplier to the 3rd party logistics supplier, also fixed assets management.

Ensuring timely and accurate payment of commissions/bonuses to Sales personnel based in Europe representing all lines of business (License, Consulting, Support and Education). Reaching and resolving all commission / bonus payment related issues in accordance with individual sales Compensation plans, corporate terms and conditions, business practices, and related internal controls. Providing front line customer service to sales representatives and sales management.

Engagements and tasks related to compliance assurance, forensic, business cycle review, inventory audit and advisory in industries such as banks, insurance, real estate, communications and IT.

Engagements and tasks related to the investment and operational risk management of the BCR Pension Fund portfolios (mandatory pension fund - Pylon II and optional pension fund - Pylon III).
