Management of European R&D Category Hoods product development driving the execution and delivery of projects and innovation (over 2 sites) according to generation plan / BU product portfolio. Responsible along with Product Line Management for the category strategy, innovation road map and product portfolio by maximizing product profitability, performances, costs and quality in line with the company strategy to accelerate the Best-in-Class Consumer Experience for a Profitable Growth.

Main core targets: Responsible for all development projects and maintenance activities of Built In Ovens Platforms (Forlì and Świdnica Plants).

Responsible for all development projects and maintenance activities of Built In Ovens Sputnik Platform (Forlì Plant). Main accountabilities: Lead platform’s team of 5 members (Project Leaders and Mechanical Designers); Organize and follow-up of all projects or manage the main project as project leader of that platform; Drive and bring innovation; Participate in concept development activities; Reduce complexity; Create and maintain platform definition and rules; Create and maintain platform toolbox

Ensuring high quality support in the entire development process, from project initiation to production start, across all internal organizations. Main accountabilities: planning, management and controlling of all the project tasks; leading and managing of project teams; analysis and management of business profit (standard costs analysis, profitability and investments); negotiation with partners and suppliers; assuring the respect of internal product development procedures.

Relationships with customer all over the world [Israel; Russia; Germany; Saudi Arabia] ensuring a technical support to the sale. Planning, management of the start and all the following phases of projects realization. formal reference for the customer for fulfilling of contractual issues; relationships with the customers and suppliers, management of the scope of supply; analysis and management of business profit

FEA analysis with PTC Pro-Mechanica and Ansys software, design and verification of mechanical parts with standard calculations methodology, technical reports, application of technical drawing norms (UNI and DIN), application of ISO 9000 norms, bill of materials management, working program planning, relationship with clients and suppliers

3D and 2D design of mechanical parts and assemblies with Pro-E 2001 and Catia V5, FEA analysis, design and verification of mechanical parts with standard calculations methodology, technical reports, application of technical drawing norms (UNI and DIN); application of ISO 9000 norms, bill of materials management, working program planning, relationship with clients and suppliers
