• CEMS Business Project • Consulting services for Tcuir, a french startup, who invented an innovative material by using a variety of plastics and high-quality leather. • Development of a business plan indicating short-term and long-term strategies for TCuir. • Identification potential clients and the establishment of first contacts for Tcuir in different luxury industries such as: Automotive, Interior design, Wine & Spirits, Haute Couture.

• Stock, inventory and tax control by using the software: Materials Control – Micros Fidelio. • Price negotiations with the different suppliers. • Reconciliation and posting of invoices using the software: Navison (accounting).

• Recruiting activities such as: promoting the university in different high schools and to high schools representatives. • Contacting prospective students and encourage them to choose Bocconi. • Answer the different questions that prospective students and their parents had about the different programs in the university.
