MBA consulting project in collaboration with Medtronic Diabetes Division, Spanish/Swiss offices. Developed innovative Diabetes Bundles Solutions using Design Thinking tools. Idea validation with Spanish patients and market potential of €212M. Effectively analyzed, segmented and targeted diabetes Spanish market. Provided market analysis and insights for Diabetes Bundle market penetration plans.

Accomplished company’s strategic goal of 15% production’s workload increase by insourcing critical products in fast-paced environment and presented bi-weekly reports to top management. Effectively managed interdisciplinary teams on 10+ projects and relationships with clients and suppliers. Reduced new raw materials acquiring time by 1 wk and increased assets’ utilization by 10% in less than 6 months.

Led team of up to 50 people, monitored KPIs, ensured product superior quality and delivery performance. Achieved 100% yearly targets by managing relationships and delivering nacelle products to four major aerospace customers on time, on cost, on quality, with total revenues of €7.5M per year. Reduced 15% manufacturing time by reviewing processes and applying Lean Production principles. Lowered lead-time by 8% and manufacturing costs by 5% introducing an innovative product protection system.

Completion of military aircraft M346 Marry Up laser automated area. Led team with internal and external resources for design and implementation of innovative and high tech aircraft automated assembly area, with €100K budget responsibility; Coached 40+ operators during Kaizen program based on Total Productive Maintenance concepts; Designed industrial processes and organization for innovative assembly line based on automotive philosophy, introducing Lean concepts and increasing 100% monthly rate.

Magnetic-torquers design and tests for satellites attitude control for “MIOSAT” mission

Elaborated operating procedures for composite fabrication/processing and satellites' assembly processes. Partecipated to European project “COSMO-SkyMed”.
