Girolamo was focused at developing financial transactions with significant regulatory, tax and accounting features utilizing the balance sheet attributes of either BNP Paribas or clients, based predominantly on fixed income underlying products but with the possibility to develop structures based on other underlying such ad equity, commodities, real estate etc.

Due to the relatively small size of the firm at that time, I was involved immediately in managing complex file and facing Italian and international clients. In particular, in liaison with the relevant partner of the firm i've provided advice to corporate, banks, financial institutions as well as investment fund in both their Italian and non-Italian operations.

I was originally Stagier and then confirmed as Associate. During this period i've gained experience in: - Domestic and international tax legislations; - Overseas practice and jurisdictions; - Holding company regime.
