Projects: KYC Remediation - performed compliance officer duties for a multinational banking and financial services company, which generates approx. USD 75billion revenue and employs over 260k people Change Management: Client was a UN agency. Designed and implemented Quality Assurance processes for a UN agency during the life-cycle of its ERP program. This included the definition of the Quality Expectations, the set-up of the Quality Plan and the Quality Reviews

•Interned at the GSO Department, Office of Shipping and Visitors •Supported the Shipping Office with logistics formalities and liaised with customs officials in order to facilitate international shipment of diplomats’ personal belonging •Assisted in administrative tasks such as tax exemption forms and “CD” license plates

• Worked at JCU Graduation Ceremony and Orientation week, 50 hours in 6 days, during Spring, Summer and Fall 2010 • Welcomed 800 incoming students and addressed their multiple needs, ranging from assisting them as a translator in emergency situations to giving directions

• Maintained municipal spaces, distributed leaflets, house-painted, gardened, and moved • Donated the income to the NGO’s missions in Peru, Brazil and Bolivia
