This project has undergone a deep study of the process flow of a steel company: rw material selection, melting, refining, degassing, stripping, forging, heat treatment, machining, quality control and shipping. All the phases were clear explained by etch supervisor.

Responsible for implement and sustain 5S programs. Responsible for implement and sustain 4 SQDC boards for the Gemba Walking. Draft Value Stream Mapping for production line.

Collaboration with the engineering dep. in USA and Germany to improve the standard product and to develop a new motor design. Responsible for the production test.

Implementation of the FE procedures accord. to ISO9001/2000. Write clear work instructions for all the production depts. Keep updated all the work instructions. Created and standardized the basic docs in order to manage the Quality System. In-Charge for the customer complaint and supplier quality problem. Res. for the creation of the new bill of material into AS400. Res. for the incoming inspection department. Quality inspection to the main supplier. Auditor accord. to ISO9001/2000
