Responsible for financial impact modelling, quantitative analysis and business valuation of new regulations, business opportunities and corporate transactions (M&A, demerger etc) related to midstream gas: - Gas transportation tariffs forecast; - Financial estimation of regulatory evolution (impact on EBIT and CF); - Support to internal Corporate lobbyists.

- Assist group’s CIO in defining the four years strategic plan in terms of activities, budget and resources allocation; - Prepare the business unit master plan and the annual operating program, managing the scheduling of initiatives based on business requirements and in compliance with strategic policies and defined plan financial objectives; - Manage operating and performance analysis of the IT Department indicating suitable corrective measures.

- Evolution of gas, power and emission front office trading processes in terms of tradable products (new markets, brokers and products) and related technological systems; - Creation of the official data warehouse and reporting platform for PNL, exposure and positions (Physical Oil, Oil Derivatives, Gas, Power, Emissions, LNG and structured products); - Redefinition and automation of the gas & power trade control processes; - Redefinition of the compliance processes related to trading on commodities.

- Project Management with full responsibility for consultancy projects on capital markets trading and risk management; - Business development in Middle East: Lead negotiations with customers, business partners and suppliers.

Business analysis on Italian cash, bonds and derivative markets.
