I’m working as Project Manager in SAP Netweaver Technology and Architectures for SIS Italy since November 2005. My responsibilities and competences include successful customer management at project level, design and sizing of complex SAP technical architecture, installation, upgrade and technical maintenance of SAP solutions (ECC, BI, PI, CRM, EP) on various operative platforms (UNIX/ORACLE, NT/SQL Server, UNIX/DB2), defining and implementation of SAP security policies, tuning of complex SAP systems

Proactively support customer in complex implementation, upgrade and unicode conversion projects.Optimizing Availability Management, monitoring and performance.Managing and working effectively with virtual teams of high-level professionals.Coordinating tasks and align concrete communication and escalation paths between SIEMENS, customer and partner defining the performance test methodology, performances analysis. Sizing and designing of technical architecture of complex SAP landscapes.

Coordinating work team, sizing, installation, administration and technical maintenance of systems SAP R/3, SAP BW/SEM and SAP CRM. Analysis, monitoring and management of the performances: memory management, workload analysis, parameters tuning, statistics update, db reorg and optimization, data archiving with IXOS. Creation, management and maintenance of the authorizative profiles . Definition of the security politics for the systems of Production SAP.

Sizing of SAP systems, installation and configuration of SAP systems , dumps analysis, workload analysis, memory management, performance analysis, management of the spool, tuning of SAP Production system, administration of the Database, administration and the provisioning of the users, definition and the implementation of optimal procedures of backup and recovery of the data, implementation of safety procedures and authentication, regeneration of the environments with client copy and dbcopy, upgrade.
