Hanro Italia is the Italian subsidiary of Hanro AG, in charge of distributing and promoting in the Italian market the products of Hanro AG, the Swiss luxury textile and fashion group. Position: CEO (Temporary management) Key responsibilities included: full P&L responsability, management of sales representatives, cost cutting and reorganisation, management of PR agency, negotiation with distribution partners. I achieved a balanced result after a history of years of consecutive losses

Key responsabilities: Definition of business model and creation of business plan, presentation to investors; project management: coordination of web agency, ISP, art director, media center. Negotiations with portals, e-commerce sites and credit card issuer in order to set up co-branded sites and close traffic exchange and sponsoring agreements. Management of 10 employees. I set up the venture on budget and on time.

Strategy of development of bank subsidiary Rasbank (today Allianzbank). Genialloyd: start-up of one of the most successful online insurance company in Europe (sales over telephone and Internet). Definition of business plan and company setup. Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and reporting of Genialloyd
