Main activities are related to analysis of business processes in order to: - Identify cases of revenue loss, overcharging or customer dissatisfaction caused by issues related to processes or technologies - Identify possible solution to the issues observed - Define requirements to prevent future cases.

Management Consulting projects with focus on the following activities - Enterprise Architecture with main focus on IT architecture: requirements feasibility and analysis, process and architecture design, definition of architectural guidelines to be implemented in the solution design process - Market scouting and benchmarking (with interaction with local and global vendors) for identification of innovative solution to be implemented to support new business requirements and enhance the AS-IS architecture

Junior researcher in Green Printing Project (a collaboration between Fondazione Politecnico di Milano and printers manufacturers such as Canon, Epson and HP, but also institutions such as BNL, Banca Popolare di Vicenza, City of Milan and the Lombardy Region), in order to identify the printer supplies according to specific user profiles and determine the best practices for the Green Printing.
