Led IBM Maximo for Transportation team for 3 years. I contributed to the adoption of agile methodology in the team. Maintenance of all IBM Maximo for Transportation releases, supporting customers from all geographies. Participated in the development of core Maximo Asset Management 7.5 release as Scrum Master and six IBM Maximo for Transportation releases. I'm currently assigned to Jazz for Service Management team. I implemented the data reconciliation algorithm and worked on performance aspects.

Expert in Maximo Enterprise Suite and in Maximo Industry Solutions, extensions targeted to specific markets. Main role as a developer of Maximo for Transportation, largest Industry Solution in size, revenue and customer base. I participated in the development of five releases. Regular interaction, in oral and written English, with managers, developers and other professionals from USA and Canada. Interaction with customers from several geographies, for software problem troubleshooting.

Implementation of JUnit based tests with JFCUnit extesions for Swing UI components. New features / maintenance of of Java / Swing client and J2EE server, as part of solution for Insurance market. Analysis and implementation of solution for standardization and validation of street addresses.

Development of a JNI module to allow a Java application to connect with database whose connector was based on a third party DLL. Research about the Maven tool, application on existent projects of the company and knowledge sharing with other developers Definition of a safe data transfer mechanism for a protocol based on UDP, as part of a solution for mobile devices. Implementation a client-server prototype for request management for mobile agents.
