• Act as the main point of contact for IFRS and HGB Closing audits and internal audits • Perform Local GAAP adjustments • Balance sheet reconciliations • Customer and Supplier balance cleansing • Periodical financial reporting: preparation and monitoring • Execution of daily controlling tasks (provisions, payments, recurring items etc.)

-Internal and external Audit support - Preparing management reports after month end closing including the following statements: Budget, Budget adjustment, Income Statement, budget vs actual analysis, KPIs and diagrams - Real Estate controlling in accordance with IFRS and internal company standards - Support in ad hoc questions from business managers and real estate controlling managers
