•Collecting and analyzing information for use in market research reports. •Responding to enquiries from U.S. companies • Assisting commercial specialists in the preparation of trade events and trade missions • Assisting U.S. companies find partners and distributors in Germany

• Invoice payments from banks, petty cash controls, VAT Tracking • Financial report preparation, monitoring financial coordination, bargain and negotiate with vendors and suppliers • Project accounts reporting and facilitating international communication • Support set up of project offices, preparation of the tables which necessary of the projects, budget controlling of the provincial project offices

• Audit procedures and applying audit principles by leading of senior • Invoice testing • Analytical analysis of the accounts with the customers (nature & flux) • Confirmation follow-up, summary of board of directors’ decisions • Preparing lawyer letter and documenting the response in detail

• Facilitating of performing journal entries • Monthly general ledger account reconciliations and financial statements • Documentation and filing tax reports, payables and VAT
