My role involves reviewing and evaluating new product and manuscript proposals, proofreading technical manuscripts, and communicating with authors, experts, and designers to ensure the highest quality in our publications. I also research emerging trends in the electronics field and write news articles to keep our audience informed about the latest developments and innovations.

I specialize in translating reports, technical protocols, manuals, patents, and standard operational procedures to meet specific regional needs. I have also developed API documentation and, designed visual representations of procedures such as UML Sequence diagrams. I acquired knowledge on: • Writing languages (RST, LaTeX, Markdown); • Authoring tools (VS Code, Atom); • Code management and reviewing tools (Git, Stash, Bitbucket, Jenkins); • Tracking and content-sharing tools (JIRA, Zendesk).

I assess the accuracy of software adaptations in Brazilian Portuguese. This includes conducting Linguistic, Cosmetical, and Functional testing to evaluate the product’s quality. My responsibilities include: • Localizing, translating, editing, and proofreading; • Performing testing following instructions in the QA plan; • Identifying, filing, and verifying bugs via a bug-tracking system to ensure high-quality features and products.

I was a mentor in the STEM Industry Mentoring Program at the University of Melbourne, a key institution in my own career development. This program connects students studying Science, Engineering, and IT with experienced alumni mentors and industry professionals, offering them a unique opportunity to learn from established experts and gain valuable insights, perspectives, and guidance.

Responsible for writing, updating, and proofreading user manual, and other technical content. I worked closely with developers to capture the technical details for end-user documentation.

Contracted to work for OBS on the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympics as a live Video Logger using IP Logger.

ISSNIP research group at the University of Melbourne focuses on design of smart sensors, sensor networks and information processing in sensor networks comprising of about 20 full-time researchers. They have a group of researchers working on intelligent video processing and its application to automated monitoring of large in collaboration with industry.I have been working on acquiring new skills in image and video processing, particularly in applications of video processing.
