My work involves: a. being the representative for Quality function for Testing, Inspection and Certification bodies of the Global Renewable Wind vertical within UL. b. managing implementation of the management system at 5 sites across Germany and Spain. c. interfacing with the German Accreditation body DakkS and USofA based IAS.

My work involves developing and implementation of quality management system and eventually the accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 17025.

• Involved in the deployment of support SharePoint for the engineering knowledge management tool within Airbus Helicopters at Donauworth. • Involved in implementation of non-conformity management sharepoint through Airbus proprietary “Practical Problem Solving” approach.

>Worked on Metrics Management for the Global Engineering Center - India. >Audited Mechanical, Software, Electronics and hydraulics systems for their Design, Analysis, Reliability, Technical publication and testing processes against Aerospace standard AS9100 C. >Involved in Development Testing of Evacuation Slides for Boeing 737 program and 46-Person Liferafts . >Involved in Audit Management Activities for 2nd Party and 3rd Party Audits.

Application of Lean office in Service Industry : Our team performed time study for the Accounts payable team at the HP global operations BPO. Our standard time recommendation was taken as a baseline for Load leveling which enabled implementation of Lean office in their processes. Our role briefly involved juggling between different levels of the Organization in facilitating decision making.
