Oversee all aspects of IT department operations including IT infrastructure, Service Desk, Communication (LAN, WAN, email, etc.), Security, Backup/Recovery, Regulatory Compliance. Inspire, lead, manage, and develop a highly technical and talented group of infrastructure personnel chartered with building, scaling, delivering, and maintaining the servers, storage, data-center resources, IT processes, and infrastructure services for all internal business systems. Develop and implement BIG Data initiatives.

Designs, develops and/or integrate solutions to meet business requirements or enhance performance. Performs and evaluates cost analyses and vendor comparisons for large-scale projects to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. Measures feasibility of various approaches and makes recommendation(s). Ensures adherence to model created and overall budgetary guidelines.

Work with the Project Manager and Requirements Analysis Team in finalizing the scope for the data integration and data mining requirements. Analyze the data structures and content of the data warehouse in relation to the data integration and data mining requirements. Design and lead the testing and enhancement of the maps created for data integration and models for the data mining. Perform Project Manager with our special projects.

Administer *NIX systems (HP-UX, Mac OS X, etc...), Configure and administer Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL knowledge. Installation and configuration Splunk (Log correlation tool) and Nagios (System monitoring tool). Spearhead VMware/Vsphere installation, configuration and managing VM clients on VMware ESX & ESXi expert. Integrator in migrating applications / infrastructure. Installed/configured RHEL5 VM. Management of Virtual Machine partitions

• Deploy and manage all applications and third party software in our hosted environments • Ensure timely installation of operating system and application upgrades • Maintain all supporting components such as monitoring, alarming and performance analysis systems • Conduct performance analysis on the applications • Report defects found in Staging and Production to QA and Development teams
