The types of products we produce in the facility where I work as the factory manager; Parmesan, Gouda, Edam, Mimolette, Maasdam, Emmantel, Gruyere, Raclette, Suda Mozzarella, Scamorza, Cheddar, Ricotta, Mascarpone, camembert, feta cheese, cheddar, yogurt etc. products are included. I carry out production planning, end product control, product development and ISO, HACCP installation and documentation. I am also experienced in the production of cheese varieties.

I worked as a quality specialist and occupational safety specialist at Crystal Hotels/Nirvana/Amara group hotels in the Kilit Global group. There are 18 hotels, 1 meat processing facility and 1 bakery products production facility within the company, and we worked with the relevant teams to carry out the quality operations and occupational safety studies of the facilities on a full-time basis.

As a food engineer, I provided consultancy services to 20 accommodation facilities.
