Serving fulltime at Unilever as a Application Delivery Subject Matter Expert (AD SME) in SAP MM and WM modules of Supply Chain branch. Handling full-cycle project tasks including business analysis, creating business blueprint, configuration, implementation and training. Establishing integrations with various 3rd party systems (Informatica, PEGA, WMS, GDS, PIM, etc.) over SAP PI and Mulesoft integration platforms using IDoc’s and real time communication methods including RFC’s, API’s and WebServices.

Leading a team of professionals in designing, implementing and supporting client dependent products covering e-invoicing scenarios. Helping sales team in pre-sales tasks with client meetings and demonstrations. Handling full-cycle project tasks including business analysis, creating business blueprint, configuration, implementation and training. Providing first level SAP and OpenText product support. Supporting end users in troubleshooting, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues.
