 Ensuring the optimization of the production factors that are material, method, labor force and equipment.  Handling the development and implementation of assemblying process, procedure, methodologies and best practices to improve quality, reliability and productivity.  Reducing manufacturing cost of assembly lines.  Taking role in the teams of process development and production related projects.  Ensuring the work discipline and work order for all personnel in the production area.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for increasing efficiency and reliability of current lines in coordination with production team.  Necessary instructions and documentation method or process changes.  Prepare the daily and monthly process analysis reports.  Find solutions to all the problems that may arise during production activities.  Take the corrective and preventive actions and implement them to production area. Major Achievements : Factory installation and machine acceptance.

Responsibilities:  Provide the leadership in continuous imp rovement projects  Support effective usage of lean tools; TPM, SMED, SPC, VSM, 5 Why, 5S.  Monitor and report KPIs, coordinate improvement activities  Analyze and follow up the actions in scope of Method engineering; time and work study.
