Supporting CEE VP and Controller with deep analysis of 9 countries related to monthly closings, forecast, OP, detailed countries performance analysis, participating in finance & operational related projects across CEE, acquisitions in existing countries and entering to new ones in CEE region.

• Preparation, reconciliation, consolidation and review of financial information of 14 countries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, • Involved in building 5y business plan, performing sense checks, consolidation, • Special reports preparation to be presented to external consultants by collecting, analyzing, summarizing and displaying relevant information and trends, • Detailed P&L analysis – revenues, costs, medical salaries, expenses, • Follow and review budget, forecast and actual numbers,

• Perform audit procedures, diversified portfolio of clients, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting client processes and procedures, • Verify that the accounting operations are correct and that had been registered correctly on the final balance according to national or international accounting principles, • Review documents, compose summary memos and prepare working papers, • Reporting to senior members of the auditing team on a day to day basis
