Main activities and responsibilities: - planning process: preparation of plan and forecasts, actual versus plan/forecast deviation analysis; - monthly reporting: on revenues, costs, number of Full Time Employees (FTE); - business analysis:develop business cases by customer/service lines in close collaboration with Project Managers and Service Owners; - processes improvement: re-design and Standard Operating Process (SOP) documentation of the processes in scope.

Main activities and responsibilities: - budgeting: participation in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, actual versus budget comparisons motivating the variations; - management reporting: provide accurate financial (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and non-financial (customer base, traffic volumes) data on monthly basis, produce timely and effective management reports and presentations; - perform additional reports and ad-hoc analysis of data as needed/required.

Main activities and responsibilities: - providing financial information to the company’s customers in the form of specialized reports/studies: competition analysis, client portfolio analysis, sector study; - computation and interpretation of financial ratios (in terms of liquidity, profitability, working capital, returns, etc.); - analysis of a company’s financial performance taking into account its sector of activity; - active participation in the improvement of the company’s financial products.
