- Responsible for development of Sun Shades ( Electric and Manual) , Electric Charging Cover. - Reading and understanding Customer specification. - Creation and Execution of DVP. - Tolerance calculations and implementation GD&T in the Drawings. - Responsible for Quality , Cost and Robustness of the Product. - Interaction with cross-functional teams and suppliers for the product development - Product testing and validation - Active participation in DFMEA and Risk assessment.

- Responsible for development Trunk side panel - Interacting with customer and Supplier

- Responsible for development of Instrument Panel - Interaction with cross-functional teams and suppliers for the product development - Responsible for the Quality, Cost, Weight of the product - Implementing innovations and new technologies for the product - Product testing and validation

- Design and development of Instrument Panel, Door Panel , Front End module , Glove box for various international OEMs - Benchmarking, concept and construction sections, DFM / DFA proposals - Reviews with technical experts and across functional teams - Team and project handling for quality, cost and delivery - Work distrubution within team and quality check - Guiding and mentoring team members
