Led full-stack development of three products: ZestAMC (investment platform, 5 role-based portals, automated payouts, KYC/AML via Sumsub; $10M+ under management, 200K+ users), DropTaxi (multi-tenant SaaS on a single Node.js deployment, shared fare engine, per-tenant SEO) and Frootex (ecommerce, real-time inventory sync, Next.js App Router, React Server Components). Stack: TypeScript, React 19, Hono, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, Cloudflare, Fly.io.

Designed and built an AI agent platform that turns business requirements into working web apps (50K users): agents generated PRDs, database schemas, API endpoints and frontend components. Built the web-based IDE interfaces in Next.js, React and TypeScript, a RAG pipeline on GCP (Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, OCR) for a venture-capital client, and VideoGPT, an automated short-video generator with Remotion. Led an engineering and product team and owned multiple AI-native apps from prototype to launch.

Co-founded an AI product studio and built multiple products through production. Built FotoLabs AI, a WhatsApp-native platform for image generation, model training, prompt rewriting and content moderation. Designed the XState 5 conversation state machine for onboarding, image collection, payment, training and photo generation. Built async queues and automated retention flows with Stripe coupons.

Worked with the APAC regional team across eight countries. Improved planning and performance processes. Built data tools on the Facebook Graph API for market analysis across 8 countries, plus data-driven dashboards. Ran pilot projects and growth playbooks that revitalized 20 underperforming markets. Worked on strategy and reporting with CXOs and coordinated across Delivery Hero companies.

Worked in the Emerging India Leadership Team on a portfolio of 400+ Indian cities, about 15% of company GMV. Planned on-ground resources and team structures, improved city-launch processes and designed a low-cost remote-launch model. Built process automation that cut city launch costs by 90%. Redesigned fraud prevention for order cancellations, saving EUR 1.2M annually. Spent three months at Domino's India HQ as Swiggy liaison.

Moved core operations from paper-based systems to partly automated workflows using advanced Excel and VBA. Built an Excel material-tracking system with real-time inventory visibility to reduce waste. Built a VBA tool calculating material consumption per production order, cutting manual errors and saving 10 hours of admin work a week. Built cost-estimation models so sales could quote custom orders more accurately.

Worked in the Medical Affairs team on strategy and implementation for pharmaceutical companies. Automated processes to reduce turnaround time. Managed 5+ products end to end for US Fortune 100-200 clients, with teams in the US, Europe and India. Led 10+ associates across 10+ projects, helped induct 200+ recruits and ran 15+ training sessions. Designed KPIs and customer targeting and benchmarked medical field-force size.
