Main responsibilities include: - provide constructive and timely feedback for CS team to improve skills, - act forthcoming with positive feedback to acknowledge and reward best cases, - train new employees so that they have a good product knowledge and are aware of the company's CS policies.

* Team leadership * Project Management * External relations • Organisational planning • Making sure that programs and activities are being laid out efficiently and as effectively as possible. Ensure that the activities implemented are of good quality and relevant to the mission and vision of the organisation • Using the information gained through community programs to promote greater public awareness of relevant issues.

* Project management for participation in Armenia Expo 2016 in Tehran * Preparation for "Sino - Indian Fusion Night" event devoted to a merger between two global CROs * Development of marketing strategies for FMD K&L Europe * Design and Print of Flyers, Booklets, Banners and other promotional materials * Assistance to Head of Operations and other stuff members in their operations. * Translation of incoming and outgoing documents within Armenian, English, Persian and Russian languages.
