Revised various blueprints drawn up by the subcontractor including heating & cooling, plumbing, fire, waste water and ventilation systems. Prepared quantity takeoff reports for the aforementioned systems and compared with subcontractor’s reports to help improve precision on cost control processes. Performed site checks to ensure quality of work and progress of schedule.

Reviewed financial statements and receipts for accuracy, entered into Quickbooks accounting software. Prepared project schedules and cost estimations which improved time and cost management. Established contact and concluded business deals with local independent contractors, as well as local and overseas suppliers to purchase construction materials. Managed and tracked construction site worker hours and tasks to create a database for more accurate future estimations on Microsoft Project.

Studied with half scholarship status. Contributed to projects of modeling a kart racing car on Unigraphics, constructed a model train using pneumatic piston & solenoid valves, and PC controlled 3-axis mini CNC machine.
