1. To realise the market share and sales targets of the organisation, in coordination with imported and domestic suppliers, to ensure that customer orders from the market are produced in the desired quantities and at the desired time at optimum cost. 2. To ensure continuity in cooperation by providing internal coordination to meet customer demands on time. 3. Managing the procurement process consisting of materials that change very rapidly, mostly imported (96%) and have a long lead time.

Responsible for 11 SMT lines (Panasonic, Fuji and Siemens) which includes SPI, AOI, Axial, Radial machines 2 manual insertion lines and 21 ICT & FT (IPTE and Testar), 4. Decreasing all kind of loss types by increasing OEE’ s 5. Managing Production efficiency projects

Experienced professional, with outstanding project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure with PMO environment., 3.
