Work closely with the Area Manager to satisfy customer needs, maintain good customer relations and follows orders through the after-sales-service; Performs operational tasks of quoting and order processing.

In charge of the orientation for French customers and promotion of language studies programs (Amsterdam, Netherlands).

Coordinator of a guest house and an association centre in Fes (Morocco): in charge of administration, accountancy and development of a customers’ network for the guest house. Organizer of a cultural center in Fes (Morocco): development of cross-cultural meetings and polyglot café (discussions in French, English, Spanish and Arabic), legal aid, writing articles about the association’s activities in the monthly review.
