-To take in charge of Vietnam /Malaysia/Singapore/Philippine/Indonesia/china logistics & supply chain operation - Logistics team restructure and Imp/exp/Distribution/inventory management/transportation optimizing /intra-company logistics service provider optimizing & process enhancement -To utilize the logistics service provider source regionally to reduce cost with consolidated demand and improved bargain power

- Lead supply chain/logistics/planning/purchase/customer service team for reliable supply and operation excellence - Monthly S&OP meeting to set Production plan/ purchase plan/Sale plan /Inventory/backlog plan by product family with volume and identify supply constrain & allocation plan. -Supplier sourcing/on time delivery/KPI/Supplier management

- Well Balance Production and distribution efficiency vs forecast & customer order - Work with commercial team/Manufactory for supply source/supply plan/Logistics process improvement/Ship to promise /sale forecast accuracy /Demand planning/On time delivery/inventory control.

- Take in charge of 4 paper factories and 3 Distribution Center of Supply Chain mgt. And raw material replenishment. - Take leading monthly S&OP meeting for production plan/Purchase plan/sale plan/inventory and backlog plan. - To develop strategies for supply chain solution; contribute to Group direction and improve efficiency - Identify creative ways to streamlining process and system for effective cost reduction measurements -

- Work together with sale team/plant for logistics operation process/suppliers/demand forecast/on time delivery/ inventory control to make sure all activities align with customer service level . - Monthly review Inventory target and customer service level according to demand forecast - Manage suppliers to ensure on time delivery, issue weekly OTD performance and monthly meeting with suppliers for KPI performance/strategic view/market trends

- Manage customer service team, and support to all segment and provide good service to customer, - To be contact window with supply chain/logistics/segment /customer for customer order management/shipment planning/customer forecast/inventory level/on time delivery. - Weekly meeting and work together with Supply chain for customer order/pipeline inventory level if any volume or schedule unmet potential risk. - Monitor forecast and understand overall market dynamic, check forecast error and continue to i

- Control whole progress of import and export matters from oversea via air/sea, - Be responsible for bonded of customs/inspection, to deal with customs and authorities on taxes, - Contact with global suppliers and customers to ensure on time delivery - Follow local customs regulation and communicate with global compliance system - Monitor warehouse administration and operation or receiving storage ,pick and pack, distribution and transportation.
