Responsibilities: • Achieving success for all brands under the Conex Recruitment Group • The development and implementation of a training and development strategy • Managing a team of Recruitment professionals across the different divisions • Ensuring all policies and procedures are compliant, professional and up to date • Succession planning across the Business Units • Operate as a member of the Executive team

• Market research and Developing strategy and direction for the company • Leading the Senior management of the company, People-management, recruitment, motivation, training, and development staffing responsibilities • Distribution channel analysis and development • Marketing and advertising and promotion planning • Business planning • Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.

• Strong customer focused role involving a multitude of different tasks daily • Develop and circulate and ensure review of dispensary audits • Provide induction training to new pharmacists within the group • Responsible for the day to day management of the dispensary and OTC medicine sales and ordering • Co-ordinate with management successful marketing and promotional events.
