Responsible for the development of a web-based customer portal solution for ZEISS customers, coordinating implementation with an interdisciplinary team, facilitating stakeholder communication, overseeing the development, applying agile best practices, working with internal and external stakeholders, and organizing customer research.

Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.

Drive and develop the SME Advisory product stream, its vision, backlog definition, and prioritization, ensuring fulfillment of agreed business goals and KPIs. Part of the Product as a Service (PaaS) initiative from Raiffeisen Bank International has adopted the PaaS approach to drive the concurrent harmonization of product innovations across network banks in entire Europe.

Maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, back up data, manage network security, and perform troubleshooting.
