As the Director of Talent and Recruitment for Penn Schoen Berland I oversaw companywide Human Resources initiatives. I worked with the Managing Directors of each office to ensure understanding of current and future workforce needs, and constantly sought to improve staffing processes including sourcing and selection. During my time at PSB I hired hundreds of individuals, managing turnover while growing the firm from 80 employees and three offices to 200+ employees in nine offices.
